Beautiful, clean and peaceful house near lake Annécy

Gorgeous holiday home

This warm, cozy house is full of surprises, with a personal touch in almost all of its constituents. Unique in every aspect, spacious and with all the functionality you could wish for. Situated in a quiet corner of the village, but with all the necessary services within reach. Not to mention the stunning nature, which starts right at the doorstep. We (a family of 9 adults) have spent an unforgettable week here.

Très joli chalet près du lac d’Annecy

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans ce beau chalet, très bien équipé, en bordure de rivière. Calme et dépaysement garantis. Proche du lac, belles balades à faire, à pied ou à vélo. Stations de ski à 45-50 min (Semnoz, La clusaz, Le Grand Bornand)

Vacances d hiver en famille

Nous avons passé un superbe sejour dans ce gite en famille pendant les fetes de fin d années. Le lieux est calme, proche des sentiers de randonnées et ideal pour decouvrir la savoie. La maison est charmante et tres fonctionnelle.

Très belle maison savoyarde, très typique, petit bémol le terrain n'est pas fermé, pas idéal quand on a des enfants et des chiens Autrement calme assuré, surtout avec le ruisseau en contrebas

Sejour en famille très agréable. Le chalet est au calme en bordure de forêt. Très bien équipé à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur. Idéal pour se retrouver et accéder à toutes les activités autour du lac d'Annecy. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et à l'écoute. Recommandé.

Calme et confort

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à 9 ! La grandeur du gîte permet de ne pas être les uns sur les autres et de pouvoir se retrouver dans le séjour au rez-de-chaussée sans se marcher dessus. La plage de Doussard est à 5 minutes en voiture et Annecy à 40 minutes. Rien à redire sur l’emplacement ou la location, nous sommes rentrés reposés et plein d’énergie ! On reviendra très vite !

Sehr schönes Haus mit Charme

Insgesamt ein gelungener Urlaub in einer charmanten Hütte. Das Haus durch seine drei Bäder und WCs gerade für größere Gruppen sehr geeignet. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlt nahezu an nichts. Insgesamt ist das Haus sehr schön renoviert und hat trotzdem seinen alten Charme behalten. Lediglich die Zudecken, die zum Großteil nur mit einer übergroßen Decke bestückt sind (220x240m), sind dann nur für Gruppen mit vielen Paaren geeignet. Aber man kann ja auch seine eigenen Decken mitbringen. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und beschaulich. Allerdings gibt es direkter Umgebung genügend Einkaufs-und Freizeitmöglichkeiten.
