Suited our party of 13 adults on a cycling holiday very well. Comfortable and clean with a large garage, great for all the bikes. Good location just a few minutes walk from the lake. Kitchen and one of the bathrooms could do with an update but overall we were very pleased

Great home for our large family gathering. Spacious and well equipped. Three bedrooms on the ground floor and a further four upstairs making it easy to accommodate everyone. Located within a 5 minute walk of lake Annecy and a good family restaurant. Great garden for children to enjoy and table tennis in the basement. Host really helpful and easy to contact

Ideal pour famille avec les jeux et parcours piétonnier

Beaucoup d’activités différentes autour du lac,randonnées à vélo et à pied ,en bateau ,visites de châteaux ,abbayes ,parc naturel et vues sur les montagnes avoisinantes qui par bonheur se sont enneigées les derniers jours pour en souligner la géologie

Grande maison et superbe emplacement

Emplacement parfait, maison spacieuse et agréable au calme et proche du village à pied (10min) et du lac (100m) Communication facile et efficace avec les propriétaires qui sont charmants . La maison est encore dans son jus des années 1980 (pour le moment j’imagine ) mais les équipements sont là , dont une table de ping pong et baby foot.
