Located in the picturesque village of Menthon-Saint-Bernard, in the quiet residential area of Les Moulins, just 5 minutes on foot from the village center and 10–15 minutes from the lake.
An ideal location for both summer and winter holidays, with easy access to the lake, swimming areas, water sports, bike paths, mountain hikes, and forest trails.
Spacious, bright, peaceful, and very comfortable, this home is perfect for family holidays all year round. With a large garden overlooking the village castle and the river, it’s a delight for older children and teens to play or try fishing.
Two large terraces on different levels overlook the garden, river, and Château de Menthon, providing perfect spaces for dining and relaxing outdoors.

It’s a 5-minute walk to the village center and 10 minutes further to the lake and charming village port beside the Palais de Menthon.

Large rustic house completely renovated to high standard in the beautiful village of Menthon St Bernard on lake Annecy. Close to the lake and mountains its perfectly positioned for all seasons.
