Incredible Property

I rented this villa to host some company guests for a week long event and it was the best decision I made in regards to this event. The property is beautiful, the photos don't do it justice, and the check in/Check out process was incredibly simple and straightforward. The property is conveniently located within walking distance to Menthon and simply one of the places that makes you want to stay there forever. I highly recommend booking this villa

Amazing Villa

In planning for a family holiday, the first in many years we had settled on the Lake Annecy area as it provided everything we needed for a large group. The lake, the mountains as a backdrop and the City of Annecy to explore. We wanted to find somewhere with spacious accommodation for adults and children alike, with a secure garden, magnificent views, and a pool to cool off after a hectic day. The villa was amazing and provided everything we needed for a relaxing, chilled out stay, with local shops nearby providing everything we needed. The local villages had plenty of restaurants and cafes, although it is advisable to book. Local buses were easy to use, providing free travel around the lake during July and August The host provided full instructions and answered any questions in a very friendly and professional manner and the family would wholeheartedly recommend staying there.
