Located in between Tampa & Orlando, but also 7 miles from downtown Lakeland. Near many local restaurants/bars, live music & “The Yard on Mass” (local beer garden with lawn activities & food trucks) . 45 miles from Clearwater beach & less than that to Disney World. Peppa Pig and Legoland are the newest parks close by. The Joinery, Union Hall and Cobb and Penn are musts while you're here! Message me for any other recommendations! Lakeland Native

The space
Cozy spot in a highly ranked area of FL! Relax in the screened in lanai next to the propane fire pit with your favorite book or beverage. The spa is sparkling clean & ready to use for 6 people or less (completely fenced in for maximum privacy). The neighborhood is well kept and quiet. There are new restaurants in the area and plenty to do in the house or near by. Close to Publix, local eateries and ice cream ;]

Very nice place to unwind and relax

After a day of hard work at the local airshow in town our international team was able to relax and recharge in this roomy house. We're very happy that we found it and liked the quit neighborhood. Overall very nice stay!

A Pleasant Month's Stay

We enjoyed staying for one month in this comfortable home. The kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped. We appreciated using the full kitchen, the screened porch, the firepit, the washer and dryer, and the hot tub.

Great stay

Hillary was a fantastic host my flight got shuffled around and she was super communicative the whole time and even allowed me to check out a little later because of it. We were a little too busy to use most of the amenities which sucked because the backyard was so nice and peaceful (we did at least have morning coffee out there a few times).

Amazing!

This place was absolutely amazing on all fronts. Clean and comfortable. Ample space to relax and entertain guest, fast wifi, and even had some board games to play. Also, centrally located to food, shopping, and much more. And the host was amazing as well! She was super fast in response and very polite. I look forward to staying here every chance i get now. 10 out of 10! Everything was perfect. Thank you!

First thing I drove around this little circular subdivision. Neat, smaller CBS homes. There was one that looked a little dumpy. I thought to myself, "That's the one." And it was.

Nice and Convenient!

My husband and I rented this property for a week while visiting Lakeland in November 2022. Liked it so much I re-booked for a weekend get-away in Jan 2023 with my sisters. Plenty of room to relax, kitchen had everything we needed for meal prep, SO much better than staying in a hotel! Not shown on current set of pics is a nice glass-topped table with 4 comfortable padded chairs in the kitchen. Hillary was an excellent host with timely communication. We’ll be back!

Crystal River Stay

Hillary was on point with everything from booking until the day we check out. Super clean and found everything that was needed for our stay. Hot tub was amazing after a busy work day! We were very please. Plan on booking again if in the area.
