This cottage, completely renovated in 2017, has a landscaped plot with a terrace (not enclosed). A private enclosed garden is located at the front of the house. Adjoining the owners' home, it consists on the ground floor of a large, very bright living room with a fitted kitchen, dining room, TV lounge, all opening onto a large entrance hall with separate toilet and laundry room. Featuring a bedroom equipped with a 140x190 bed with a shower room/adapted toilet, the whole is completed by three bedrooms upstairs, two of which have 140x190 cm beds and a large bedroom with four 90x190 cm beds, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The cottage is equipped with electric heating (mandatory heating package in addition from November to April) and reversible air conditioning in the living room. You will find RJ45 sockets in the bedrooms for an internet connection. Baby equipment: travel cot, high chair, changing table with mattress. Tourist tax in addition. Possibility of renting towels and cleaning at the end of the stay. The proximity of forest trails will be ideal for hiking (cycling) enthusiasts. Outdoor ping-pong table. Cottage suitable for teleworking (mezzanine office, internet connection).
