Located in a small hamlet, 5 km from La Réole and Sauveterre de Guyenne, in the heart of the Entre-deux-mers vineyards, this rural gîte features a terrace and an enclosed garden with a private lounge. On the ground floor, there is an entrance to a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room with a lounge, two bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds, a shower room and a toilet. Upstairs, there is a large bedroom with a double bed and a cot with a small bathroom (toilet and sink). There are insert fireplaces in the kitchen and living room. Oil-fired central heating (weekly or daily rate at an additional cost). Children's games (playhouse, pétanque games for adults and children). Bed linen, towels and firewood can be rented at an additional cost. Kitchen linens are provided. Tourist tax is an additional cost. End-of-stay cleaning is an optional extra. Blasimon Lake is 10 km away. 57 km south-east of Bordeaux, 27 km from Marmande and 34 km from Sainte Foy la Grande
