This Ocean Beach block 4 BR and 3.5BA townhouse which is just steps away from the beach, has everything you need for a large group retreat. Located right in the middle of Ocean City, MD, the newly built 67th Street Towns Center is across the street, which features Ron Jon Surf Shop, Longboard cafe, Sweet Frog, Miones Pizza, and more. This modern and luxurious home will provide you with enough space and privacy for everyone. Senior week rentals are strictly prohibited, must be 25 years of age or older.
