This is the second time we have stayed are and love it! The house is close to the lake, well furnished, great outdoor entertaining space, comfortable beds, a pool table we enjoyed, and overall a great house to come back to after a long day of boating!

Tonto house is always so perfect. Its clean and super peaceful. Beautiful view of the sunrise from the covered patio and sunset while eating dinner at the table. Great relaxing getaway.

This house is lovely and was larger than it appears on the outside. We originally had reservations for another home and had to change reservations. We were pleased with the change.Despite being the hottest weekend of the year - lol, we had a fabulous time.

We had a great family trip and really enjoyed staying at the Tonto house. Great communication with owners! We spent most of our time riding the trails in the area, then came home and sat out on patio and grilled. It had a big fenced in area for dogs. I would love to come back sometime!

Cozy/fun lake getaway

We absolutely loved the property! It was spacious and clean and comfy! We enjoyed the outside patio area and bbq along with the pool table! We’ll definitely book again for our next Roosevelt trip!

This house is truly a gem! It’s so quiet and the views are spectacular! My husband and I ended up spending more time at the house than we did with family because we were having so much fun. We played pool and horseshoes and took a hike.
