The perfect desert getaway! A beautiful retreat from the hectic city life.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has a beautifully remodeled, open concept kitchen with soaring cathedral ceiling and all new appliances including a gas/convection oven. Everything you need to create a gourmet meal is at the ready.

As you enter the home, one is struck by the magnificent mountain views from the front patio with the sounds of a lovely fountain greeting you at the entryway.

Both bedrooms are appointed with high end cool gel memory foam king beds and cable/smart TVs. The bedrooms face the rear of the home overlooking green space with privacy surrounding your sanctuary.

The master ensuite bathroom has just been remodeled with a fantastic walk in shower and a wall of frosted glass doors that open to a private rear garden.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the private back patio with gorgeous mountain views at sunset. On a cool evening cozy up to your modern gas fireplace.

Sunshine Villa is part of a gated condominium community that offers 4 pools with heated jacuzzis and a night lit tennis court. We are next to Mesquite Country club if Golfing is your pleasure.

The complex is located in central Palm Springs just a quick walk to restaurants, grocery and pharmacy shopping. We are just a 5 minute drive to both downtown and the airport.

We’d stay there again!

The villa was clean and well equipped. Wonderful friendly neighborhood. Walking distance to groceries and restaurants. Garage space perfect to store our golf clubs and bicycles. Convenient to downtown, biking, pickleball, golf courses and hiking. Front and back patios were a bonus.

Wonderful Condo

We had a marvelous time in this wonderful condo. The kitchen was stocked with an amazing amount useful items. Loved the mountain view from the front patio. I think it was my favorite spot in the condo. The condo community was very friendly. The location in PS was perfect. We are definitely returning!

Nice but lacking

Gaining entry to the property was challenging. When we had guests, we followed the directions and that didn’t work. There was no stopper for the kitchen sink and when I informed the manager I was told that there was one. We bought one ourselves. The umbrella was replaced when it was damaged by the wind. We had never opened that umbrella and I was told to close the umbrella in the future. I found that a bit insulting. When my husband went to adjust the thermostat upon departure, he found that it had been changed remotely. We also found the sound on the television hard to deal with. We had to use closed captioning to understand the dialogue. We found the kitchen to be fully equipped for preparing meals and we enjoyed the gas grill. It’s a nice neighborhood and convenient to many locations.

we are sorry you had some inconveniences while staying at our home. There was a sink stopper under the sink but perhaps not in clear view. Our apologies. We always adjust the thermostat on last day of departures. We are always happy to repair or replace damaged furniture from weather related issues such as outdoor furniture and umbrellas. Lovely stylish condo

This condo exceeded all my expectations! Everything you could possibly need and stylish touches everywhere. Really friendly neighbors, great communication and responsiveness from the property managers - highly recommend!

Phenomenal home

Jeff’s home is absolutely stunning and modern from top to bottom. The modern finishings make the space very sleek. This space is amazing for working from home with a great desk space, loads of hook ups for usbs and chargers. It is so bright inside and the backyard is so green and lush with beautiful birds and fauna in the evening. The pool is so close by within 1/2 a block. The community is so lovely and friendly. This is such a unique home and community very close to amenities (grocery within 2 blocks) and we would come back here in a heart beat.
