Haus mit kleinen Abstrichen....

Insgesamt und auf den ersten Blick sah das Ferienhaus modern und schick aus. Von außen sieht man im unteren Bereich mittlerweile schon dunklen fleckigen Putz. Poolreinigung ließ bis zum Schluß sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Einfahrt auf das Grundstück ist nur sehr vorsichtig mit einem normalen PKW (kein SUV) möglich, da ein großer Höhenunterschied von der Straße zum Grundstück nicht vernüntig ausgeglichen wurde. Bei der Ausfahrt setzte man grundsätzlich mit dem Fahrzeug auf. Durch die Lage des Hauses ist ein PKW erforderlich. Fußläufig sind nur ganz wenige Restaurants erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie große Supermärkte, befinden sich zwar im Ort, sind aber nicht fußläufig erreichbar. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend und ist freistehend. Kommunikation mit dem Hausverwalter vor Ort war ok. Frederic war stets bemüht, weiter zu helfen.
