Villa situated on a hillside with sea view.
You will dominate the Beach of the Ovu Santu the middle of the bush and enjoy a southern exposure giving you maximum sunshine. You will enjoy a swimming pool (6. 5X4X1. 3) and you can enjoy the first beaches either on foot (a dozen minutes) or by car (barely 3 minutes).
The house is surrounded by a large space where your children can play in peace.

Maison surplombant la mer, trĂšs bien placĂ©e gĂ©ographiquement pour faire diffĂ©rentes acitivitĂ©s. AccĂšs mer trĂšs facile Ă  quelques pas de marche et un petite coin de paradis Ă  15 mns Ă  pieds au niveau de l'embouchure du cavu qui se jette dans la mer. Tous les commerces Ă  proximitĂ© et un commerce de produits locaux en face la pharmacie de ste lucie trĂšs bien. L'accueil et le contact avec le propriĂ©taire sont tops. Deux salles de bain et mĂȘme une baignoire !! Canon ! Pisicne hyper propre et terrasse ensoleillĂ©e des le matin permettant de supers petits dejeuners et dejeuners ! Maison bien Ă©quipĂ©e. A recommander !

Bon séjour en famille

Grande maison bien situĂ©e, avec une belle vue sur la mer de la terrasse, et de la piscine (les enfants en ont bien profitĂ© mĂȘme en Ă©tant fin octobre, il faut juste ne pas ĂȘtre trop frileux). Attention, un des lits double est un 160cm : ce qui est plutĂŽt mieux que le 135cm indiquĂ© sur l'annonce mais un peu galĂšre quand on arrive avec des draps pour un lit 140cm. Merci Ă  Corinne et Dominique qui sont aux petits soins.

Maison de montagne sobre avec une belle piscine et un équipement fonctionnel. L'intérieur a un peu vieilli, mais remplit sa fonction. Communication attentionnée, check in et check out sans problÚme.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft

Wir haben zwei erholsame Wochen in dem gerĂ€umigen Ferienhaus genossen. Das Ferienhaus ist gut ausgestattet und wir haben nichts vermisst. Das Meer war fußlĂ€ufig in nur 20 Minuten zu erreichen (2 verschiedene Buchten, eine mit gröberen Steinchen und eine mit feinem Sandstrand). Die Kinder konnten jeden Tag im Meer und/oder Pool baden. Das Haus ist ruhig an einem Wasserschutzgebiet gelegen, nur die T10 ist leicht zu hören. Um die wunderbare Terasse abends entspannt genießen zu können, sollte man ein MĂŒckenspray mitbringen. Trotzdem sind sich alle einig: wir kommen wieder!

Altes Haus in schlechtem Zustand

Das Haus ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und es wurde nichts erneuert. Die Betten sind sehr klein, es gibt nur blĂŒhend heißes Wasser oder kaltes Wasser zum Duschen. Da eine Endreinigung fĂŒr 100 Euro extra gebucht werden muss, wird dies anscheinend oft nicht von den Mietern genutzt und das Haus war bei unserer Ankunft unglaublich dreckig. Der Weg zum Strand fĂŒhrt durch eine schĂ€bige Gegend und dann ĂŒber eine Hauptstraße, sodass man dies nicht freiwillig mit Kindern macht. Wir wurden von MĂŒcken zerstochen, da es keinerlei MĂŒckenschutz vor den Fenstern gab.

Super séjour entre amis

Location idéalement située pour visiter le sud est de la Corse. Logement spacieux et bien équipé, calme. Magnifique vue. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine. Plages magnifiques à proximité également. Le soleil a été au rendez-vous. Nous sommes ravis!

Schönes Haus mit Pool und Ausblick zum Meer.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus, der Pool, der Preis, alles ist in Ordnung. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sehr schön ist auch, dass das Meer gut zu Fuß zu erreichen ist (20 bis 25min). Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Das Haus, das GrundstĂŒck, der Pool, die Terrasse, die Ausstattung, die Umgebung, der Strand perfekt. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist die Straße, die man leider tagsĂŒber immer hört, nachts war es ruhig, bis auf ein paar Hunde. Insgesamt tolle Anlage und die Betreuung vor Ort auch gut. Wir können das Objekt nur empfehlen.

Schönstes Ferienhaus, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Eines der schönsten FerienhĂ€user, die wir bisher hatten!!! Trotz Navi und Beschreibung haben wir es erstmal nicht gefunden, aber die Hausverwalter Corinne und Dominique, haben uns dann innerhalb von wenigen Minuten an der Hauptstraße abgeholt, zum Haus gebracht und uns alles gezeigt und viele gute Tipps fĂŒr AusflĂŒge gegeben, Dominique spricht sehr gut englisch und hat uns wirklich sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich empfangen. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt, aber ziemlich kalt, aber unsere Kinder haben ihn gerne genutzt. Von der Terasse und mehreren Zimmern hat man Meerblick. Das Haus groß, die BĂ€der einfach, aber es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Zwei wunderschöne StrĂ€nde sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Unsere Ausflugstipps wĂ€ren Tour de la Bombe im Bavella, Cavu, Zonza und natĂŒrlich die StrĂ€nde. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche Mitte Oktober. Vielen Dank!

Une belle expérience

Jolie maison en pierre, intĂ©rieur Ă  remettre au goĂ»t du jour surtout les salles de bains, cuisine trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Rangement dans les chambres. Belle terrasse trĂšs belle vue, manque le terrain de pĂ©tanque 😉 Je recommande l’endroit, une petite crique est juste en bas sur la grande plage. BĂ©mol de la maison c’est avoir les 2 toilettes dans les salles de bains. BĂ©mol du lieu: le feu rouge de ste lucie toujours beaucoup de monde. Sinon tout Ă©tait trĂšs bien on serait bien restĂ©e une semaine de plus 😁

Bel exterieur mais intérieur a rénové

Emplacement , calme , piscine hors sol Terrasse,ensoleillement:tres bien Mais ameublement, salle de bains et de douche d un autre ùge! Cette belle batisse mérite des travaux de rénovation. Bon séjour malgré cela.
