Paradisiaque!

la maison est très agréable à vivre avec 2 belles terrasses fleuries donnant sur la mer,un vrai spectacle! Très jolie plage sauvage à quelques pas de la maison 2 restaurants "locaux" à distance piétonne, excellentes pizzas!

Villa très bien située

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa. La situation , à 100 m d’une belle plage , est idéale pour profiter pleinement de la mer. La maison est située dans un quartier très calme et est très bien équipée, les différentes terrasses sont appréciables et offrent une belle vue sur la mer. Merci à Patricia pour son accueil chaleureux, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Incantevole villetta sul mare

La casa e’ estremamente bella, posizione da sogno, un terrazza sempre fresca e ventilata vista mare, curata nei dettagli, arredata con gusto, dotata di tutti gli accessori da cucina necessari e anche di più. La zona e’ verde, con altre ville intorno perfettamente nascoste nella vegetazione. Silenzio e cielo stellato. Uniche note “negative” sono la pulizia della casa non eccellente (forse eravamo i primi ospiti della stagione, e aveva bisogno di una rinfrescata). Doccia esterna vista mare fantastica ed utilissima. Le distanze dalle stupende spiagge di Pinarello/Fautea e le altre citate non sono quelle indicate sul sito VRBO, ma sono ben più distanti, occorre assolutamente la macchina e mediamente 15/20 per Pinarello (a circa 9km) idem per Fautea e il paesino di Santa Lucia. La spiaggia sotto casa e’ invece vicinissima, come detto, pochi passi a piedi dal giardino di casa. Spiaggia sotto casa (Ovu Santu) bella naturalisticamente, di sassini fini, un po’ complessa per l’accesso al mare in alcuni punti, meglio avere le scarpette. Voto complessivo comunque molto alto per la bellezza per posto e dell’alloggio se siete disposti anche a prendere la macchina per spostarvi nelle spiaggie più famose e più fruibili nei dintorni.

La casa è estremamente accogliente e di grandissimo gusto. Si vive molto all'esterno, la terrazza è ombreggiata e ha un bel pavimento di legno, due bei tavoli quadrati da 8 persone e comode sedie a sdraio. Comoda e funzionale la doccia esterna. Fiori nel giardinetto, e due tartarughe che talvolta si lasciano vedere. La cucina è piccola ma fornitissima di attrezzi, pentole e spezie. Fuochi a induzione. Tutto molto pulito e nuovo (sia gli elettrodomestici che le pentole). Una piastra elettrica per cucinare all'aperto. Il paese di Sainte-Lucie è piuttosto lontano (15 minuti in macchina), mentre è vicinissima e raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi una lunghissima e magnifica spiaggia libera, molto poco affollata anche in pieno agosto. Verso le 10,30 passa un camioncino che vende il pane. Insomma, il posto perfetto per vacanze tranquille, riposanti, tra profumi di maquis e il rumore delle onde. Molto simpatica e concreta la signora Patrizia, che accoglie gli ospiti ed è facilmente rintracciabile per qualsiasi necessità.

Schlichtes, aber sehr schönes Haus an einem wunderbaren Ort.

Das schlichte und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus hat alles was es braucht. Die Küche ist eher klein, aber gut ausgestattet, es ist sehr viel Geschirr vorhanden. Der Sitzplatz ist herrlich, hat eine traumhafte Aussicht auf das Meer und man ist ganz für sich. Die Aussendusche hat Blick auf das Meer und man kann splitternackt duschen, ohne dass man gesehen wird. Der Strand ist wirklich in unmittelbarer Nähe, hat groben Sand und Steine im Wasser, ist dennoch sehr zu empfehlen, denn er ist landschaftlich schön eingebettet, das Wasser klar und es hat wenig Leute. Auch ist die Aussicht aufs Meer nicht durch zahlreiche Yachten, wie an den den anderen Stränden, verdeckt. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hat sich anfangs Ferien erkundet, ob alles in Ortnung sei. Besten Dank für diesen wunderbaren Aufenthalt, wir werden das Haus gerne weiterempfehlen!

Wonderful Holidays

The house is located in a very nice and quite place, with a fantastic view over the sea. We stayed there for 2 weeks and we felt like at home. The house has 3 bedrooms (2 in the main house and 1 in the separate one) and 2 bathrooms (1 each house), perfect for 2 families with children. Surrounded by a big garden with external shower is ideal to eat outside on terrace or take relax on sun-beds. Except for the sheets, everything is provided: oven, micro-oven, refrigerator, washing machine, hair dryer, 3 fans and air conditioner on top floor: All electronics are quite new! 10 minutes far away from market, 2 minutes from beach, very good position considering that it is 30 minutes far away from Porto Vecchio. Perfect communications with owner, we have been picked up to the house. Not so much mosquitos during our stay even if the garden is big. We passed a lovely holidays and we were really satisfied for our choice! Wonderful!

Merveilleux endroit pour un séjour au calme

Accueil chaleureux, la maison d'une propreté exemplaire ! Bien équipée, rien ne manque ! Très bonne literie également. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable au calme, idéal avec de jeunes enfants.

maison agréable proche de la mer

belle plage à 5 minutes à pieds qui est restée sauvage , 20 minutes en voiture de Pinarella ; maison un peu loin des commerces (une voiture est indispensable) mais vraiment très agréable et tout confort, et joliment décorée. les seuls petits points négatifs : les moustiques le soir, et la télé qui n'est certes pas indispensable, mais qui attire les enfants et qui ne fonctionne pas !
