Ideal for 2 couples
Our house has a capacity of 7 people. but we want to limit ourselves to 5 max. to preserve its quality. The house is completely renovated, nicely furnished and decorated and close to the new state "pleasant to live".
Located in a large landscaped garden, it has 2 terraces where you can enjoy the sun or shade of choice with a beautiful view of the Bavella Needles and its beautiful sunsets.
You can enjoy the large beach nearby (250 m), go for a swim in the natural pools of the Cavu river, go for beautiful Bavella-style hikes, practice golf in Sperone, or water sports in Pinarello and visit the surroundings, Bonifacio, sartène, the most Corsican Corsican cities, Palombaggia beaches, Rondinara among the most beautiful in the world and the lion of Roccapina.
In the evening you can enjoy the excitement of Porto Vecchio with its many bars with terraces, restaurants from where you will have a panoramic view of the gulf, its many shops that make night.
Or simply have dinner in one of the two restaurants located 5 minutes from the house and why not make a BBQ?
Shops: The village is 5 km. You will find a super market, a butcher's shop, 2 bakeries, a grocery store, shops for leisure items and beachwear, as well as a newsagent, a doctor's office, hairdresser, pharmacists. In season, a baker spends every morning in the residence.
