Perfect location

We had a perfect stay in this house. The location is wonderful, the house is excellent equipped and the garden is very nice. In the description was not mentioned that it is a shared garden, so it is not a private garden.

Wonderful house with a gem of a garden just at the beach!

We enjoyed our vacation in October 2018 very much, nice house with everything you need, terraces, garden and you just walk out the backyard to the wonderful beaches! Not crowded at all and crystal clear water. Good for kids because shallow to walk in. You need a car to get to the close by village to shop, not far from Porto-Vecchio and a 45 minute drive to the Figari airport. We absolutely recommend! Thank you Maryse for having us!

Great place with a few shortcomings

The house is very well equipped and the terrace leads directly to a nice beach through a large, well managed, park-style garden. This all is wonderful and perfect!On the downside, the decription of the house (and also the photos) never mentioned that it is part of a twin house, so there are neighbours that also might use the garden. It is particularly annoying (and a most uncommon requirement, given the high rental price) that guests are required to clean the place top to bottom (everything from toilets, showers, sinks, dishes, nothing in dishwasher, avacuum-cleaning etc.) - in particular as the owner requires, surprisingly, additional cash payment of 100 (in the contract 120 were already included for sheets and towels) and all had to be done up to 9h the last day, which made a very stressful last day. Further, tables were covered by plastic cloths and sofas by blankets, partly creating a camping athmosphere. Mosquitos can be and were a problem.

Location location location

Our family really enjoyed this property, which is situated in a perfect location just steps away from a beautiful white sandy beach. There are also a handful of restaurants and a bakery within easy reach. The nearby beach was busy but not overly crowded in the middle of July. The maisonette is adjoined by an identical apartment but we hardly noticed our neighbours. The backyard leading to the sea is extensive and well kept. On the downside the proprietor maintains a strict 9am check out policy, which combined with a very demanding guest cleaning requirement makes for a somewhat stressful last day. It is puzzling why guests are required to clean the place top to bottom (everything from toilets, showers, sinks, nothing in dishwasher etc.) when also having to pay for a cleaning. The requirement to pay extra for basics like sheets on the bed seemed odd as well. Other points to note: the mosquitoes are bad at night and some may find the parking, which requires backing in, tight.

Wirklich eine sehr schöne Doppelhaushälfte, sehr gut ausgestattet inklusive Klimaanlage in allen Räumen, eine sehr schöne große Terasse und ein wundervoller Garten der direkt ans Meer grenzt. Vom Garten kommt man in 2-3min Fußweg zu zwei schönen kleinen Stränden.Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Première fois en Corse et nous avons adoré notre location. Un petit coin de paradis, paisible et une vue exceptionnelle sur le jardin et la mer . Accès direct à la plage on se sent privilégiés . Wir haben unseren Urlaub in vollen Zügen genossen. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet, der parkähnliche Garten mit seinen verschiedenen Nischen und Rückzugsorten ist einfach traumhaft und die Kommunikation mit Madame Carli war äusserst angenehm. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Absolutely fantastic address ! marvellous garden , house : perfect with all needed, sea : incredible, Maryse : fantastic ! que dire de notre semaine dans ce coin de paradis. La maison est nickel et très bien équipée, le lieu n'existe qu'à cet endroit, juste magnifique. tout à proximité et la propriétaire très à l'écoute. Das schönste Schwimmbad auf Korsika

Als treue FeWo-direkt Kunden wurden wir auf dieses sehr gepflegte und absolut ruhig gelegene Ferienhaus aufmerksam. Über einen wunderbaren Garten gelangt man nach wenigen Metern zu einem herrlichen Sandstrand, der Palompaggia in Qualität, aber zum Glück nicht in Bezug auf Menschenmassen Konkurrenz macht. Dieses Ferienhaus benötigt keinen Pool. Es hat ein riesiges begehbares Aquarium vor der Haustüre. Gerne kommen wir mal wieder !!!

Großartig!

Wir haben uns in Maryse's Haus außerordentlich wohl gefühlt. Der Garten wird mit viel Leidenschaft gepflegt, Haus und Ausstattung sind erstklassig. Der direkte Zugang zum Strand ist das i-Tüpfelchen dieser besonderen Location. Vielen Dank an Maryse für Ihre freundliche Betreuung und die Tipps. Leider ist die Zeit immer viel zu schnell vorbei... Wir wissen, wo wir buchen, wenn es das nächste mal nach Pinnarellu geht.

Urlaubsparadies in ruhiger Lage

Maryse ist eine freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Das Haus liegt traumhaft am Ende einer Privatstraße mit direktem Zugang zu drei sehr schönen Strandbuchten. Auch eine Strandbar ist an der einen Bucht vorhanden. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut und vollständig. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und hatten nicht einmal das Bedürfnis nach Ausflügen. Einfach zum Genießen!

Maison très bien entretenue avec tout ce qu’il faut, magnifique jardin avec une vue paradisiaque sur la mer, accès plage direct au bout du jardin qui permet d’en profiter dès le matin au calme. Les plages sont très belles et idéal pour les enfants. Nous recommandons sans hésitation.
