27 m² living area with kitchenette/lounge/dining room (120x190 sofa bed) and sleeping area (160x200 bed that can be converted into two 80x200 beds) and shower room/toilet.

Included: Electricity, electric heating, and bed linens (beds made upon arrival).
Not included: Towels, tourist tax, and end-of-stay cleaning.
Option to visit the owners' dairy farm located in Guérande.
