Sunny Peaceful Suburban Washington DC Escape
Three story townhouse with two outdoor decks, backing onto wooded parkland and stream. Our two bedroom, two office, three-bath home, is full of sunshine, central air conditioning, and strong wifi throughout the house. We are within 1.25 mile of convenient 20-minute metro subway ride into Washington DC and two grocery stores, coffeeshops. and gyms. Two parking spaces directly in front of house. Our community has a large swimming pool, tennis court and basketball within a five minute walk. Well equipped with all major appliances (washer/dryer), filtered water, stereo system and flat screen televisions. See photos of our beautiful home.
