We loved your cabin! The only negative was the gravel driveway was hard to get our van up. Leann was very attentive to our needs. I will definately stay there again.
We loved our stay at Bear Pause! Everything was accurately described and perfect for our family! We didn’t get a chance to use the grill due to the chilly weather but we are sure next time we will utilize it! Our kids had a blast and we definitely plan to be back! Very close to everything but felt secluded! We even met some of the friendly neighbors!
I had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was comfortable, and clean, The staff was friendly and helpful, and the amenities were great for us. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and will definitely be coming back in the future
This is such a beautiful home in such a great location! We slept 5 comfortably and the beds are so comfortable. We couldn't have asked for a better location. It was only a few minutes away from the strip. This home was also the cleanest home we have ever stayed at on vacation!Thank you so much!!
Home was perfect for “senior “ sisters. We had easy access to all the sites. We saw a mama bear with her cubs right outside our door several times. They just came walking up with us outside so use caution. The only negative was the driveway was a little steep so you had to be careful with sliding. Otherwise the cabin was perfect. We would stay here again and would highly recommend it for a small family.
Secluded and quiet, good place to stay. This home was clean and adequately equipped with all the necessities. The driveway can be a little tricky, especially the grade and turning around, but we were in Jeeps so there was no problem for us. The only suggestions I would make is to consider fencing in the area outside the back porch for pups to meander in. Thank you.
The home was very clean and so relaxing. Their is an ant problem in the kitchen. We didn't cook at the home. The driveway is way better if you back up it, we didnt have any problems at all. Thanks

I can see why it was cheap.
Could not get the TV to work . Shower drainage was stopped up. the water almost run over the bottom of shower. The freezer in the fridge would not keep our food frozen. The ice cream was all melted and other food. The place was grown up and we had to get a running start to get up the driveway. Could not get in because VRBO did not send us the code to get in. Finally got the owner to send it. This was an awful experience. The only thing good was the beds were confortable.

Bad driveway
The cabin was fine all but the driveway. This has to be the worst way to get to a property. Would not rent again
The property was great. The proximity to Pigeon was on target. We could be in the strip in less than 3 minutes.
The cabin was clean and beautifully decorated.
If we have another small group, we will definitely use this property again!!
The cabin is perfectly located close to the main strip. We had everything we needed for a great stay.
It was great to be able to bring our elderly dog with us. We brought her kennel so she stayed in there when we were gone or sleeping.
The fire pit outside was nice at night.
The driveway is challenging if you have front wheel drive. We ended up backing up the driveway or parking at the end of the driveway.
The house was tucked away off the Main Street of Pigeon Forge. It was convenient to everything and right at the start of the Smoky Mountains.
The driveway is steep and you had to be careful walking down. We brought our dog so walking down to get to the Connor Drive to walk her was slow but fine.
Beautiful place..nestled in a private setting..great for anyone that loves the outdoors and not the bustle of the main street..but just minutes away from all the attractions and shops..
Property was exceptionally clean and quiet, tucked back in off the main road with lots of trees surrounding it but very close and convenient to the strip in Pigeon Forge.
The pictures without leaves on the trees don’t do it any justice, it’s a really nice place that we will rent again.
Matched its description well. The house was very clean and comfortable. The driveway was steep and I am glad I read the reviews and rented an SUV. It was only minutes to food places and Dollywood. The only thing that would have been nice is if it had coffee, I understood that it wouldn't be provided so make sure to bring your own!

About the host

We have loved coming to the Smokey Mountains and Pigeon Forge since we were little. Having a cabin so close to the main "Strip" in Pigeon Forge was our dream. We enjoy the fun atmosphere of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, but need a place to relax and chill. This cabin offers exactly that. We are happy to share it with our guests when we are not there. Enjoy!
Why they chose this property
This property is so unique- it is surrounded by trees and and undeveloped nature, yet, it is walking distance to all of the entertainment. You will hardly find combination of best of both world.
What makes this property unique
Trolley stop is a minute walk from the cabin and it will take you few minutes to walk to the entertainment "strip" of Pigeon Forge. All that, while staying in a cabin surrounded by trees, and "wilderness"
