Casa Serenity was even better than the pictures show. The house was welcoming and extremely clean, as was the community it is in. The grounds were wonderful and the pool and spa were the highlight of our trip. The kitchen was well stocked and communication with the property manager was excellent.

Check in was easy. Kitchen set up was great. Outdoor maintenance is needed. Outdoor Bbq grill was not cleaned and the multiple layers of oil build up ruined our meat A little TLC got the job done. Over all Great experience and house. Will rent again.

Truly Special!

We loved our VRBO rental! This beautiful home was a delight for a trip with friends. The home was clean, well stocked, and in a nice neighborhood that was close to everything. Most of all, we truly appreciated Chris for his information and help with small details throughout our trip...he made it perfect for us. We enjoyed everything this home had to offer. We only wish our stay could have been longer. We hope to return to this home in the future.

Beautiful home clean home inside

Beautiful home inside. We had everything we needed. My only concern was the backyard. I don’t know when the last time the outside tables were cleaned. The pool was dirty when I arrived. I called the property manager and they sent some one out right away for the pool. Nef the maintenance guy clean it. He was very kind and had a excellent work ethic Afterwards the pool was perfect. Also the backyard lighting was not working. Otherwise we all had a great time. I would have given the rating 5, but I had to clean the backyard and the backyard lighting wasn’t working. Overall rating 4 Thank you! Definitely will return!😊

All our pools are serviced/cleaned three times a week. Unfortunately the winds were very bad which was out of our control leading to the backyard and pool being dusty and leaves everywhere. As soon as Kelli called, our property manager went right over to take care of the pool as it was not one of the servicing days by our pool vendor. The backyard does not have a lot of lighting to keep the ambiance. We do not have string lights as the inspector said "they are death traps" as if they were to accidentally come down and hit water it would be a "bad situation". Our guests comfort is very important to us and we do everything possible to ensure if there is an issue reported to try and fix it right away if it is within our control.

All in all a great place. Spacious and comfortable. A few things didn't work during our trip. Refrigerator made noise of drilling/banging sounds (kept me up all night), master toilet kept flushing on its own, arcade game in kids bedroom didn't work and game room in garage was lackluster. Pool and Spa were great. Cushions missing on lounge area (not as pictures showed on listing). Pleasant, but viewing some other backyards in the same neighborhood...could use a facelift/more ammenities in comparison. Just being honest.

Great property for large groups with kids!

Casa Serenity was great and everything we wanted for a family long weekend get away. Our group was made up of 3 families with 3 kids- so the big communal space, multiple bedrooms and bathrooms are convenient. Great kitchen and living room, great pool with a fence - which is kid friendly. We enjoyed grilling, nice garage for 3 cars and plenty of space in general! Definitely would book again!

Casa Serenity

The house and amenities were exactly as described on the website. My family enjoyed our vacation there. The nearby golf courses were very nice and well-manicured.
