Hi. This is a fully renovated 2 floor home with large open style living room, dining room, and full kitchen. 3 bedrooms with one being a master along with 2 full bathrooms and laundry room. It also features an all brick 2 sided propane fireplace. It's in a private, safe, gated Community with many amenities. Parking for up to 5 cars. The private Community has 4 pools, 3 clubhouses, 2 lakes, a swimming beach, paddle boats, a miniature golf course, multiple basketball courts, multiple tennis courts, & multiple playgrounds including a dog run. Pets allowed with prior approval. Community charges for use of Pools and Lakes. 1-3yrs old free, all other guests $12 but only on days you decide to use them. You can acquire passes at entrances of pools and lakes. Credit cards accepted. Private 4-6 person Hot Tub for your enjoyment on side deck of house. Hot Tub Availability Mid March until November. Oh and free bottle of wine with every stay!

Nice property, unclear terms for pet

Property itself is nice! I can tell that thought went into the layout and furnishings. Loved the firepit (not propane - you need wood.) The owner is extremely responsive and polite—which is a plus. Check-in at the Community Center during a peak time took an hour, so account for that, as the owner cannot control it. Double-check your check out tasks, as they vary in VRBO vs the “Check Out List” posted in the property vs the owner communications. Communication and budgetary planning would work more smoothly if the pet fee were clearly mentioned in the listing—better yet, mentioned where it says “Pet Friendly.” When I booked in November and also when I arrived in December, it was not mentioned anywhere in the listing nor in the pop-up window where all of the additional fees appear.

Wonderful Winter Family Getaway

We booked a very last minute getaway for the kids' winter break. The house is nicely renovated, thoughtfully furnished and stocked, exceptionally clean, well labeled, and close to everything. Steven was very prompt in responding to every inquiry, no matter how tiny. We had a fabulous time!

New house, 30 min drive to many attractions

Property was clean, new and well appointed. 1 mile to community pool and lake. Easy in/out to many area summer attractions and lakes. Owner was super responsive to my questions. Appliances and AC are high quality. Grocery and Walmart nearby. Grill outside kitchen made cooking efficient. Outdoor table as well. Would recommend home to those with or without kids. Community amenities require a daily badge at a minimal cost per person.

Nice Clean Modern House

Great location to Camelback and surrounding state parks. House was well apportioned and the kids loved the huge TV and games. House was clean and comfortable for a family of five.

Girls Trip

This was a much needed spontaneous girls trip and it was absolutely perfect! The hosts hospitality was perfect, the house was a comfortable "home away from our own" very, very comfortable. We will be returning soon.
