Agence Cocoonr offers this charming 150 m² house in Saint-Malo, in the popular Rochebonne district 300 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 10 people.
It has a lovely 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen opening onto a lovely veranda overlooking the garden, five bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 500 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation comprises

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- a large veranda overlooking the garden
- a separate WC
- 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and private shower room with shower and WC, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140x200), 1 bedroom with a double bed (140x200) and 1 single bunk bed (90x200), a bathroom with bath, shower and WC.

- 2nd floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140x200) and 2 single beds (90x200), 1 bedroom with double bed (140x200), shower room with WC.

A cot is also available (we can provide a cot for babies on request when you book). For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not provide a mattress, apart from the one already included with the cot. Please feel free to bring your own if you would like one.)

- A beautiful 500 m² garden + terrace with furniture, deckchairs, to enjoy the fine weather, charcoal barbecue.

Nearby, you'll find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market at Les Halles de Paramé, 800 m away, every Wednesday and Saturday morning.
