Did not dare staying there

I wouldn't pay $100 a month to stay there. I cannot believe that this place was listed around the same price as surrounding properties. We checked-in, messaged the host about how run-down the place was (from the outside to the inside), saying that we would not be staying there, and requesting a refund, but radio silence from the owner from that point on. We have videos to show how bad the outside and the place were. Impossible to get in touch with VRBO as well, it just kept saying that we couldn't change anything given that the checkin time had passed. We ended up loosing our money because we booked another place to stay at, and never returned to this one.

Disgusting and misleading

The entire stay was disgusting and gross. The apartment listing is misleading and should not be rented for vacationers. Upon arrival, the building was supposed to have had an access code to enter, however, it did not. It was a free for all entrance. Once entering the apartment, the entire place was gross. Floors not swept or mopped, lots of unfinished walls and nails sticking through the cabinetry in the kitchen. My family had to go out to purchase towels at the local Walmart due to how gross, dingy, and stained the few towels that were left there. The entire vacation there was no internet signal, I kept notifying through the app and through text to no avail. Each morning and night we notified and no solution was ever made nor was there any compensation offered. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this location. Don’t waste your money like I did.
