In the Heart of TOBINHILL / Pearl district. Total remodeled historic building. A 15 minutes' walk or 2 minutes' drive to the best restaurants and nightlife San Antonio has to offer. Short walk to St. Mary's Strip & a Pearl Brewery.

The Space:
The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and the other one with three twin beds. It is located on a second floor and guests need to use the stairs to access the apartment.
There is only one bathroom.

Interaction with Guests:
You won't see me or my helpers during your stay which allows you more privacy and convenience. However, I am here anytime you need to reach out. If you need anything or have questions, just send me a message via Airbnb and I’ll be quick to respond.

If you like to walk, the Pearl is only 15 minutes away walking or 2 minutes by car.
Parking on our premises can be done in front of the street or at the back of the building.
