Beautiful and charming house with swimming pool, terrace and garden, rented out following recent acquisition.
Located in the Lorient area, in a small hamlet in the countryside and 20 minutes from the sea, this beautiful and authentic Breton manor house, tastefully renovated and decorated, offers quality amenities for a pleasant stay with family or friends.

With 170 m2 of living space on 3 floors, the house uncludes:
- on the ground floor, a large living room opening onto the terrace (open-plan kitchen with pellet stove, pretty family table, sitting area around a large stone fireplace), a shower room with toilet and a storeroom,
- 1st floor: three bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet,
- on the 2nd floor, a fourth bedroom and a large adjoining room.
You'll enjoy the peace and quiet of the enclosed, south-facing garden planted with trees, as well as the property's private swimming pool (10 x 4 square meters). The house is equipped with a ping-pong table.
The house can welcome 8 people (2 additional beds are available on request, with 2 trundle beds in the room adjoining the 4th bedroom).
The house is a 7-minute drive from the shops. Close to Lorient TGV station (25 mn).

In the heart of Morbihan's unmissable heritage, not far from South Finistère, you'll have the opportunity to discover some very beautiful natural and tourist sites: Nearby Hennebont, a city of art and river town, Lorient harbor and sailing center, 10 min from the reconstructed medieval village of Poul-Fetan, 30 min from Le Faouët and its Gothic chapels, 30 min from Auray and the port of Saint-Goustan, 40 min from Carnac, its white sandy beaches and menhirs, 40 min from the fortified town of Vannes and the Gulf of Morbihan ....
Numerous beaches are less than 30 minutes away. We recommend the magnificent beaches of the Ria d'Etel and the Lorient coast.
Many activities are available in the surrounding area: canoeing and kayaking in the beautiful Blavet valley, hiking, cycling, horse-riding, water sports at West Wake Park, accrobranche, go-karting, visit to the animal park "Les terres de Nataé" in Pont Scorff, Ploemeur - océan golf course, Kingoland leisure park, ....

We stayed for 11 nights at Christophe's holiday let, could have easily stayed for another 11! It was a very well equipped house in a beautiful setting. The kids (& adults) loved the pool. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful Vacation at the Stella Maris, a Holiday Home at it’s best!!It works out fine as a cosy homebase for a big variety of possible destinations for day trips. The equipment of the entire house and the kitchen, not to speak of the pool where our children spend a lot of their time, is exceptional! The owners care for and thought of the little things as well as the practical! Clear recommendation - we enjoyed our stay a lot!

Beautifully decorated home with loads of space & a lovely garden and pool area. Garden filled with birdsong. Easily accessible for visiting Vannes, Auray, Glenan islands, Port Aven & St Cado. and spent many days at Ploemeur & Lomener beaches.

We had a fantastic week in this beautiful house, which was perfect for a party of 4 adults and 5 children. The pool is idyllic and the children definitely made good use of it; the house itself is full of character and and has been sympathetically renovated, with comfortable sofas and plenty of seating for lots of people. We easily seated 9 of us at the dining tables both outside and in. The kitchen is extremely well-equipped - I'd say it's one of the best-equipped holiday homes I have stayed in. The beds were very comfortable, although if you're fussy (like me) I'd recommend taking your own pillow. Not a criticism, though, as I take my own everywhere I travel! The rooms upstairs were perfect for keeping the children out of our way and giving them their own space - the large room with bunk beds accommodated 3 boys aged 8-10 (and could have fitted 1-2 more on a double sofa bed) while our other 2 children shared the adjoining room with a double and single bed. The property only has 2 bathrooms, which could have caused problems for families with older children or adults who like to spend hours over their ablutions! That wasn't us, and it was fine for our needs - the shower is nice and powerful as well.The property adjoins a working vegetable farm - we stayed in the middle of harvest season and there were one or two mornings when they started work quite early.The surrounding countryside is beautiful - I'd highly recommend this house and would absolutely stay there again.
