A quiet little cottage attached to the main house.
Located in central Brittany, 2 km from Lake Guerlédan (Sordan Cove), which you can also reach on foot in 30 minutes.
The cottage is situated on a 9-hectare equestrian property. You’ll find numerous hiking (GR341), horseback riding (Equibreizh), and mountain biking trails right outside the cottage.
Many activities around the lake are also available: tree-top adventure courses, dining, water skiing, fishing, tube rides, paddleboarding, and more.
The accommodation is equipped with a fully furnished kitchen (Senseo coffee maker, kettle, microwave, oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, toaster, faucet-mounted water filter).

The bedroom upstairs features a 160x200 double bed and a 90x140 single bed. If needed, a travel cot is available in a trunk. You’ll also find a closet and a small ironing board with a steam iron.
On the ground floor, you’ll have an additional sleeping option with a sofa bed and a new mattress from 2023.
A semi-enclosed outdoor area (for now) awaits you: garden shed, armchair, picnic table, barbecue, umbrella...
