The bunk room will be a hit with the kids, with 4 built in twin / full bunk beds, 2 super sized bean bag chairs, a couch, 65 inch TV, ping pong table, foosball table, and arcade. When not enjoying the beach or private outdoor oasis, this is where the kids will want to be.

The kitchen is truly a chefs kitchen. The island is one of a kind and the appliances are all top notch. The kitchen also has its own seating area and big screen TV, perfect for keeping the cooks in the family entertained.

The living room, pool room, and bar area have more than enough space for all of the adults and also overlooks the swimming pool and backyard. You won’t be able to find a larger sectional anywhere, great for bringing the family together to watch a movie or your teams big game.

Pool - The pool is a saltwater pool. It is not heated. The pool depth varies from 3 ft - 7 ft.

Pet Policy: All pets must be approved prior to booking. We allow up to 3 pets if approved. We do charge a Pet Fee of $35 per pet.  As well, we ask that you keep them off of furniture, clean up after them inside and outside, and crate them when not at the home. 

Note - Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.
