The Home: The House is a spacious 2 Bed/ 2 Bath with recent updates. 1 car garage and large circular driveway on a big lot. The master suite has a beautiful private bathroom, Queen sized bed and has access to the pool deck. Guest bedroom is spacious with Queen sized bed with abundant natural light. Family room and dining room is open concept and great for entertaining as a family. A large dining table & large sectional sofa accompanied with a new T.V. The Kitchen is updated with new appliances, breakfast bar, kitchen island and dining room. Kitchen adjoined to utility room with new washer and dryer. The Dining area opens up to a beautiful Florida Room (With TV) overlooking BEAUTIFUL completely private fenced in Pool Area (great for furry friends & parking pad for BOAT or R.V ) Brand new brick pavers and comfy outdoor furniture and gas grill surround the heated pool!

Location: The location can not be beat, the house is located on a quite charming street in Central Beach. 0.5 Mi (8 min walk) East is the lovely town of central beach littered with boutiques and abundant dining options. Public Access to the beach is right in the middle of the town. Directly East across the street is Riverside Park and the Intercoastal. A short walk to the Vero Beach Dog park( Leash off park)

Spectacular

We just spent 2 weeks at this home in Vero Beach with our dog. The house was exactly as described. A large, very well fenced yard for the dog and a large beautiful pool . The house had all anyone could want or need, plenty of linens, towels, fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Many seating and lounging areas. Perfect size for two couples or small family. There are bicycles and beach gear galore. The location is right next to a giant public, dog friendly park. A dog, leash-free park 5 minutes drive away, is probably the best dog park we have ever been to, which was mentioned by many there. The house is on a very quiet street with little traffic and quiet nights. There are also plentiful sidewalks to walk on. Vero is a wonderful place to visit, free parking everywhere (no meters like many Florida towns) and huge selection of restaurants and wonderful markets. We especially liked the Beach Market, everything within a 5-10 minute drive. The beaches are outstanding in Vero, very clean and well maintained. We did not find any beach that legally accepted dogs. George, the host is very accommodating. After visiting Florida since the early 1950s we can honestly say Vero is at the top of the list!!

Great Get-a-way

We loved the house and location to parks, town, restaurants. The house was lovely and clean with nice sun room, yard and pool. Our host, George, was very accommodating, and quick to reply with any inquiries.

Wonderful Home and Location

Location, Location, Location This is a wonderful home in the perfect location. A 10 minute walk into the heart of Vero Beach, near all our favorites - Lemon Tree, Bobby's, Casey's and shopping and the dog park. Home was lovely, small but perfect for us with a swimming pool and a fenced yard for the dogs. George the owner was very responsive to any issues and questions. Highly recommend this property. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return soon.

Fabulous central beach location

We enjoyed our time in Vero beach. The location of the home was fantastic. Close to everything Vero has to offer. The pool and backyard were just gorgeous. The owner was very helpful and responsive!

Wonderful Vero Beach Home

This home is everything we hoped for to make our Vero Beach stay a perfect few weeks in sunny FL. Clean, bright, and well-organized, the home is perfect for a couple or small family. The location is ideal as well, as we frequently visited Riverside Park, the beach, and all the lovely restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques on Ocean Drive. The best feature of the home is the resort-like setting of the spacious back yard and pool area. There are several areas to gather, converse, relax, dine, and sunbathe. Many late afternoons and early evenings were spent by the pool reading and enjoying cocktails. The sun room right off the patio is also wonderful and light and airy. The owners were communicative, responsive, and helpful. If we come back, we will look up this adorable home first!

Pretty good, a few exceptions

There was a loud, intermittent buzz coming from the circuit breaker panel. An electrician inspected and concluded something was trying to flip the breaker but did not know what it was. The lights in the house started to dim when each buzz occurred which was annoying and also alarming. We left three days early because of this problem.

A+ Location!

Being our first visit to Vero Beach, we really didn't know what to expect. From the moment we pulled into the semi-circle driveway on a picturesque street, we knew this would be an enjoyable month. Finding a home that accepts dogs is a challenge sometimes but George's house was perfect for our pup, fenced in yard and two houses away from a dog friendly park was great! We could walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping, Riverside Park, the Vero Beach Museum of Art and the local Theater were also benefits. The upkeep of the property was great with pool cleaning every week as well as landscaping and pest control you could tell George was an owner that keeps his property up for renters. There were a few starter supplies to get us going and any time we reached out to him for any reason he was responsive to our requests. We recommend this home and will return next year if available. Thank you for a memorable stay.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful time staying at George's house. The place is so clean and comfortable. Juanita was there to greet us. She was a wonderful host who gave us a great tour of her home. George made a point to check in on us to let us know if we had any questions or problems to just call him. The location is the best! Highly recommended!
