Tastefully renovated and fully furnished Mid Century Gem on Central Beach! 2/2 Old Florida charm pool home with great afternoon sun facing south. Heated Pool during winter season! Lush, tropical and private backyard all fenced in. Property sits on large 14,000 sft lot located a block away from the ocean, Costa del Este resort, the best local restaurants like The Tides, local shops, farmers market… Literally walking distance to everything! Spend time in this treasure coast small Florida town, a piece of paradise called Vero Beach. Home was all upgraded in 2022. King size bed in master bedroom, 2 full size beds in guest bedroom and an extra twin mattress available for extra guest. All linens, towels and kitchen utensils included - kitchen is FULLY equipped. Wine refrigerator and wine buffet credenza fully equipped with all kind of wine and cocktail glasses. Outdoor dining table and chairs with gas grill by pool area. Pool is heated during winter season when temperatures drop below 78 degrees, pool has a hot tub area (it's not a jacuzzi) but it gets pretty warm during winter when the heater is running, nice to enjoy at night with a glass of wine :). GREAT real fireplace with wood logs provided, Gas kitchen range. All all utilities included.

Tenant fully responsible FOR NOT TOUCHING or messing with the pool water heater or pool equipment pool heater already set up to work in winter season
No events or large parties allowed, only the guests that rent the house and are staying there are allow to use the premises and backyard pool area.
Check out time is at 10 AM sharp guests leaving past that time will be charged $200 additional dollars per hour

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy home! It is filled with everything you could need and Gigi, the homeowner, is lovely. Communicating with her was a breeze! She was very helpful and kind. The pool was wonderful and we enjoyed seeing the marsh bunnies in the back yard every morning and evening. GREAT location, walk to everything downtown! We will definitely stay again!

The host was very rude. We had no detergent and they asked us to do the sheets and that we had to check out at 10am and not a minute over. When I said we could not do the laundry because there was no detergent the response was “Jesus, calm down.” They were very unprofessional and the house was definitely overpriced. The pool was not heated and very cold and the cooking supplies in the kitchen were very sparse. It was quite mid.

Unfortunately, we would not host this guest again. Checkout time was clearly stated as 10:00 AM in the listing, and we kindly requested—due to a same-day Christmas check-in for incoming seasonal guests—if one set of sheets could be left washing. This request was met with an unexpectedly rude and disrespectful response. By the way: the pool IS heated and temperature is set to 90, pool heater runs automatically all winter so this guest lied about the pool not being heated out of spitefulness. We strive to be accommodating and respectful to all guests, especially during holidays, and found this interaction disappointing and unnecessary. Communication was difficult and uncooperative. We recommend NOT renting to this guest

Lovely stay in house a few blocks from the beach. Very close to our favorite restaurant The Tides. Walking distance to all of our other favorite spots in Vero including Grind and Grape. Enjoyed having pool in the backyard.
