A second bathroom is at your disposal, as well as a 2nd independent toilet. A spacious cellar houses the washing machine and serves as a vestibule. To make your stay pleasant, sheets, household linen and towels are included. The beds are not made. The 16 m² outdoor terrace has garden furniture and a plancha. You will benefit from a common ground as well as a common entrance with the owner, 900 m² common. The entrance is through an electric gate, your vehicle can be entered on the ground. A beach shuttle operates in summer, 1.5 km away.
