The gite les Tilleuls enjoys a privileged location for an ideal holiday with the family or for two, 10 minutes from the beaches and the lake, and on site, we offer you the shared swimming pool service. Soustons is in the heart of the Landes pine forest, a cocoon of greenery offering a vast network of cycle paths and greenways. You can indulge in the walk for miles. The shops are very close, but the village benefits from places where you can taste without moderation the delights of the Landes terroir. The occupations are numerous for an unforgettable vacation! Fitted out on the ground floor, it offers an independent kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms (2 double beds), shower room and separate wc. Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, flat screen TV, wifi. Terrace on the side with garden furniture, barbecue... Shared land with owner of around 1500 m², private part of around 200 m², all enclosed. Adjoining owners' accommodation, occupied occasionally. Gîte with baby equipment. Sheets and towels provided. Heating package €6/day from October to the end of April. extra bed possible. - swimming pool 10x5 m, depth of 090 m to 1.70 m, secured by roller shutter open from May to September depending on the weather
