Clean and cozy condo overlooking SML. Queen size bed, full sofa, air mattress available if needed, large TV with Dish Network. Kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, oven, refrigerator, plastic glasses and bowls and most all utensils. Parkway Marina is within walking distance, they have a store and they rent pontoon boats, with their permission boats can be docked at Belview overnight. Private pool with some shade. Community grill . The fir pit on property is for home owners only and it’s a two pet limit

The area is being very well maintained by the other condo owners and it's a beautiful, friendly place to visit. They too enjoy the peace and quiet. The condo itself was clean, quiet, well built, and had plenty of amenities. Thanks to Rickey for renting it out - what a treat!

Great, cozy condo with amazing lake views!

The condo was exactly as described and was even better in person. The host, Rickey is the best. He responded quickly to all our questions and provided all the information we needed for the condo and the pool. We enjoyed our stay very much and we’ll definitely be back! We loved the condo and location. Everything was clean and it was the perfect space for our weekend vacation. The only issue I had was getting the wifi to work. The username and password did not work. Other than that though it was a fantastic spot!
