Cleaning and service fees

Paid over 300 for service and cleaning fee to arrive to rooms being dirty with sheets from the last groups stay. Both Bathrooms had dirty laundry in them as well. Was not offered any type of compensation after having to wait 2 hours for room to be cleaned
