Beautiful 1 bedroom apartment on the 23rd floor on one of the most prestige buildings in Cartagena w/ complimentary maid. 1 master bedroom with a king size bed, private attached bathroom and a spacious living room with a stunning sofa bed. High-end fully equipped kitchen. Big balcony with a table to have dinner with a spectacular view. The beach is only a short walk away and the pool has a view to the ocean which is right in front of the building. Shopping mall right below the building! This is a luxurious and spacious one-bedroom apartment that includes one KING bed in the main bedroom and a very comfortable sofa bed in the living room with two lounge chairs. A full high-end bath with hot water and a kitchen with everything you need for your stay. During your stay we can provide a complimentary maid to clean and cook for you. (Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sundays she doesn't work. May also not come if sick or unwell) This is a space that is best suited for couples and small families who want the best place for resting. Only registered guests are allowed inside the building. You can register up to 3 guests in total. Visitors aren't allowed. Registered guests will have access to all the building facilities. The gym will be available shortly due to COVID-19. A maid is included in the price and will help you during your stay in case you need anything. I have staff that helps me with everything in Cartagena. I'll be always on top of what is happening. So you can call me or write me and I'll send someone to check in case you need help with anything. I recommend you PLEASE lower the Blackouts in the living room and bedroom since in the morning the SUN enters very strongly and the CONDO gets very hot and the air conditioning has a hard time cooling the environment. The neighborhood of Bocagrande is near to San Martin Avenue where you can find restaurants, shopping centers, pubs, banks, money exchange places and supermarkets. There is a shopping mall right below the building with every type of store you need. You're a 5 minute cab drive from the Ciudad Amurallada (Walled city) In these area it's very easy to find cabs anytime or to take bus. Cartagena is a small city everything is close. Cab ride to airpot takes 15 minutes. You can even walk to the City Center (Walled City) or if you prefer you can take a 5 min cab ride there. Registered guests are the only ones allowed in the building. Additional guests aren't allowed. Every guest has to wear a bracelet during their stay. The bracelet will be put on in reception. Maid included during your stay. She works monday to saturday.
