This 34th-floor apartment boasts spectacular ocean views and a city center to the right—one of the best views you can find in Cartagena. You'll be staying in one of Cartagena's most prestigious and newest buildings, featuring a rooftop pool. Everything you need for a comfortable stay in one of Colombia's most popular destinations is right here. IMPORTANT: A passport or national ID is required for check-in.

-Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; a $250 USD fine will be imposed. -Please remember that the pool is open: Monday - Friday: 9:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. On Wednesdays, it opens at 2:00 p.m. for maintenance. -Important notice regarding the use of keys and doors: In case of lost keys, or if any of the room doors are accidentally locked inside, it will be necessary to contact a locksmith. The cost of the service must be covered by the guest currently staying in the apartment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in avoiding this type of inconvenience.

This 67-square-meter apartment features one king-size bed, one sofa bed, and a dining table with comfortable chairs and seating on the balcony. There is a television in the master bedroom and another in the living room. Enjoy Cartagena's most spectacular sunsets from the 34th floor of Palmetto Beach.

Apartment, pool, parking, and common areas (except sauna and jacuzzi) are included. Gym access is available at an additional cost (approximately 20,000 pesos per hour). Visitors are not allowed.

The Bocagrande (Big Mouth) area contains the bulk of the city's tourist facilities, such as hotels, shops, restaurants, nightclubs and art galleries. It is located between Cartagena Bay to the east and the Caribbean Sea to the west, to include El Laguito (The Little Lake) and Castillogrande (Big Castle), two neighborhoods. Bocagrande has long beaches and commercial activity found along Avenida San Martín

Transportation is easy to get on this part of Cartagena. BocaGrande is one of the most exclusive sectors of Cartagena. Lots of great restaurants, hotels, stores and only a 10 min drive to "La Amurallada" or the city center.

Good place to stay

Great location just across the street from the beach. Clean and safe with 24 hour staff at the entrance to the building. Kitchen utensils were a little sparse if you plan to do lots of cooking in the unit. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.
