Cancelled Last Minute, VRBO Unwilling to Help

Property Owner never responded to multiple attempts to get access information. VRBO tried reaching out as well. At check-in time still no contact and VRBO was unwillingly to assist in booking me in new rental. Wouldn't even guarantee a refund.

A Long Way From Luxury

Property advertised as "luxury". It is far from it. This is a bachelor pad. A poorly kept bachelor pad. Refrigerator dirty with leftover food and condiments, dirty dishes in dishwasher, caked-on crumbs of food in microwave, no ice cube trays for ice, no coffee maker or coffee cups. My wife had to drink coffee from a cereal bowl. Thin wire hangers, no dresser drawers for clothes, no table and chairs. There were no instructions on how to use the TV and no instructions on caring for his fish in the aquarium that doubles as a small coffee table. We were provided only one key. As a lovely parting gift, we discovered a used condom wrapper under a couch cushion. The only real positive is the location makes it convenient for walking downtown and to Progressive Field.

Great location/super cute condo

Host was very responsive and accommodating. Condo is in a great location and within walking distance to lots of restaurants, Progressive park, R&R HOF, etc. The building is amazing. I love how they have kept the original look in the halls, etc during the conversion to the condos. The condo itself is nice and well maintained.
