Villa 10 Pers, 5 CH, Dijon Centre Avec Piscine
Nestled in lush greenery, this 1930s villa sleeps 10 people and features 5 bedrooms (2 of which are air-conditioned), a private, secure pool, and shaded terrace, and secluded from prying eyes, is ideal for a peaceful week-long holiday with all its amenities
Just a 5-minute drive, bus ride, or bike ride from the city centre (7 bikes are available)
A bakery and tobacco shop are right across from the house; Super U and a pharmacy are 100 metres away.
Parking is available in front of the house or in the courtyard.
You’ll have everything you need right on site for a peaceful, quiet week: a fenced-in pool, a shaded patio, patio furniture, a barbecue, and you might even spot a family of squirrels that “live” in our garden!!!
Shops for daily necessities are less than 100 metres away, and for bread and croissants, you’ll just have to cross the street!!
Just 5 minutes from the city centre by car, bus, or bike (7 bikes are available)
