THE HOUSE
Comfortable and very bright new single-storey house of 95 m2, with unobstructed views of the countryside.
All the comforts for a serene holiday.
Furniture, bedding (hotel quality), equipment and appliances are new. Free Wifi connection throughout the house. Basic necessities provided (salt, pepper, sugar, oil, tea, coffee...).

The house is composed of:
- Entrance with large closet.
- Bright living room opening onto the south-west facing terrace (unobstructed view of the countryside). Dining area with table for 8 people and lounge area with large sofa bed.
- New open kitchen with fridge/freezer, induction hob, extractor, oven, microwave, dishwasher, classic coffee maker, Nespresso, toaster, blender...
- Bedroom with 160*200 bed and cupboard/dressing room,
- Bedroom with 1 bed 140*190 and cupboard/dressing room,
- Bathroom with walk-in shower, bathtub and double sink unit (towels, bath mat, soap, shampoo available)
- Separate toilet with washbasin,
- Laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron.
FREE WIFI connection throughout the house.
Bed made on arrival, 100% cotton sheet, feather and cotton pillows.

THE GARDEN
- The fully fenced garden, facing south with terrace (a covered part) equipped with a table and chairs + deckchairs, a barbecue and a plancha.
- Access courtyard on the north side with courtyard and carport for vehicle parking, sliding gate secured by locking.

Located 8 minutes from the 1st beaches of the Pink Granite Coast and 3 minutes from Lannion, in the heart of the town of Ploubezre. All shops nearby: 300m (bakery, press, creperie, snack bar, mini-market).
Numerous hiking trails in the immediate vicinity.
Sports facilities 100m away (football field, city sport, bowling alley, children's games, skate park). Hospital, train station 3 minutes by car. Tonquédec Castle and Kergrist Castle 3 minutes by car. Many hiking trails in the immediate vicinity.

Lovely Week in July 2024

My husband & I had a really lovely week in this modern, spacious bright home. We requested to bring our 2nd small dog with us and the host allowed this which we were very grateful for. It was perfect for us as our pets were safe and enclosed at the back and front of the property. The neighbourhood is very quiet and an information pamphlet was there for us to use to find shopping, beaches etc. There is a super walk up around the sports centre for the dogs. We found some wonderful little secludes beaches within 20 minutes of the house ate in Cafe Le Port. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would not hesitate to return. A home from home.

La douche est impossible pour une PMR !!!

Il est impossible de mettre mon épouse hémiplégique dans la douche : un seuil de 4 cm pour entrer et un seuil intérieur dans le bac de douche de 3 cm pour sortir du bac et à nouveau 4 cm pour toucher le sol Donc mon épouse n’a pu être lavée pendant huit jours Annonce mensongère Je demande réparation auprès d’Abritel pour ne pas avoir vérifié cela

Je suis très étonnée de votre appréciation. Au moment de votre départ vous m'avez indiqué avoir passé un séjour trop court et que la maison répondait à vos attentes et était très bien équipée, lumineuse et très agréable. Je précise également que vous avez émis le souhait de revenir l'été prochain. Donc là je ne comprends pas... Je vous souhaite une bonne continuation ainsi qu'à votre épouse.

Maison agréable

Design moderne, espace raisonnable et lumineux dans toutes les pièces. Salle de bain et toilettes luxueuses. Très bonne literie mais 1 grand lit et des lits-jumeaux plutôt qu'un deuxième lit double conviendrait mieux à une famille.
