Santa Cruz Lakeside Retreat - 10

A dog-friendly tranquil location very close to all happenings in the area. We are only 3 miles from Bayfront, 5th Ave, and 3rd Street. 5th runs West for several blocks ending at the Gulf of Mexico. 3rd St ties into it just at the West end. Both 5th Ave and 3rd St are loaded with shopping and restaurants. All roads heading West end at the Gulf and all beaches are open for public use. We are blocks from Publix grocery that is in a small mall housing a Publix Grocery, and great Italian and Mexican restaurants.

We have recently built a new heated salt water pool. The pool is private and is only used by our small community of 4 condominiums.

Wonderful Property, Caring Owner

We just loved our stay! Michael is a thoughtful and caring owner. The condo is exactly as shown in photos, even better and well stocked and maintained. We loved the walking trail around the lake and proximity to groceries, restaurants, ( 1 minute away), but also the privacy. We were a short drive to beaches and all that Naples had to offer. We re-booked while we were there!

Michael was a great host. Very helpful and timely on communication,

I would highly recommend Michael’s property, nicely appointed, recently updated and very well maintained, within 15 minutes to beach, Old Naples and Fifth Avenue. Nice walking trail around lake by property. Michael was extremely attentive to anything we needed. Thank you Michael
