SPACIOUS NEWLY DECORATED CONDO in gated Falling Waters off Davis Blvd. Luxurious, 2nd floor unit with vaulted ceilings. The condo is an 8-10 minute drive to downtown Naples and the beach and a 3 minute walk to the pool and clubhouse! The pool is one of the largest and most beautiful in Southwest Florida-a real tropical vacation vibe! The condo overlooks the lake and pool from Lanai (balcony). Large flat screen TV in the living room. The master bedroom has a beautiful kingsize bed and a second TV with an en-suite bathroom, walk-in shower and large walk in closet. There are sliding doors from the MBR onto the lanai with a peaceful view of palm trees and the lake and pool beyond. The second bedroom has two new twin beds and is nicely decorated. The second bathroom has a bathtub and shower. The living room is modern decorated with a beautiful leather sectional couch and a Tommy Bahama style dining room set. Carpeting is new throughout the condo (in the bedrooms and living room). There is a full laundry room with washer and dryer. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances including a large fridge with ice maker, stove with self cleaning oven, dishwasher, microwave, utensils, dishes, coffee maker (both drip and Keurig), toaster and kettle. There is a carport to park your car in front of the condo and an additional space for a second vehicle. The condo is fully air conditioned and equipped with beach chairs, cooler & beach umbrella for your enjoyment. The clubhouse has a library and many social activities (ie: fitness classes, bocce, community dinners, card nights, etc.) which are ongoing throughout the year. There are tennis courts, bocce ball courts and shuffleboard just outside the clubhouse doors! Truly a relaxing retreat with everything needed for a getaway.

We are a Canadian couple from Montreal. We purchased and furnished this condo to use and enjoy in this peaceful resort. We are only able to come a few weeks of the year right now so we would like others to enjoy it as well. Please take good care of our piece of Heaven on Earth!

Why they chose this property

We loved the upscale area of Naples and fell in love with Falling Waters. The choice was simple....the magnificent pool and the closeness of our unit to the pool, the warm ambiance of the clubhouse, the great activities, numerous golf courses in the area and of course, the beautiful white sand beaches, great shopping and the picturesque main street of Naples with it's many shops and restaurants. The proximity to pristine Sanibel and Marco Islands sealed the deal for us!

What makes this property unique

The beautifully manicured and maintained grounds of the property add to the spectacular surroundings. Backing onto the lake provides peaceful views from the lanai both during the day and in the evening. The safety of this gated community, the amenities, proximity to the pool and the absolute cleanliness of the condo and grounds made us fall in love with it the first time we saw it.
