wonderful

dan was a perfect host and we enjoulyed his beautiful condo in Falling Waters. it was the best location and condo we hsve stayed in our many visits to Naples. the large lanai with outdoor kitchen was great. love the Jenn air grill!!! dan is the best!!!!!

Enjoyable stay at Falling Waters

Overall everything was in order. Our only disappointment was in the cleanliness of the kitchen area. The furnishings were beautiful and comfortable but the condo could use some updating, i.e., painting, flooring. These concerns would not deter us from renting again from our gracious hosts Louise and Dan.

Le condo est très bien équipé, il y a tout ce dont on a besoin pour la cuisine. Tout était confortable. Les hôtes ont été très rapides pour répondre à nos besoins et questions. Plein d'informations sont disponibles sur place. Les lits sont très confortables et que dire du "lanai", merveilleux. Nous recommandons fortement cette place et les hôtes. Sylvain et Guylaine

Everything Perfect

The apartment is perfectly prepared for 4 people and equipped with everything you need during your vacation, including beach chairs and umbrellas. On the large balcony you can even find a second kitchen - with electric grill, fridge and sink. Dan and Louise answered our requests immediately. Falling Water facility is about 7 minutes drive from the freeway and about 15 minutes from Naples Pier. A very nice and large pool in the complex complements it all. Thank you Dan & Louise

Fabulous

What a fabulous condo, has everything you need, like home from home. The gated community is in a good location just a 10 minute drive from Naples, and the pictures don’t do it justice, very quiet, clean and friendly community and the pool area is lovely. Great communication from Dan, from the moment we booked, and kept informed all the way to check out! We had a fantastic holiday and enjoyed our stay, the bikes in the garage was an added bonus as you can cycle to a nearby pubixs and Starbucks! We will definitely book again!!
