Our accommodation is located on the first floor of a village house which has been recently renovated and divided into two flats. The second flat is on the ground floor. We offer you a comfortable and functional space for your stay.

This flat includes:

* A living room with a sitting area, a dining area and a fully equipped KITCHEN.
* The kitchen is equipped with COOKING PLATES, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, utensils and ALL THE NECESSITIES FOR COOKING.
* A DOUBLE BED (140/190) and a SOFA-BED with a COMFORT MATTRESS Bultex (140/190) for a total of 4 BEDS.
* DRAPS, BLANKETS, COVERS, TOWELS and disposable flannels are provided.
* Wi-Fi (fibre) and free NETFLIX connection on two HD Smart TVs.
* A Senseo COFFEE MACHINE, a Kettle for tea, a MICRO-ONDE GRILL, a GRILL-IN.
* A WASHING MACHINE, a drying rack, an iron and an ironing board.
* Reversible air conditioning to withstand the heat in summer.
* AUTONOMOUS ENTRY with secure key box for arrival at the time of your choice (from 15 hours).
* Coffee, tea, honey, sugar, olive oil, salad dressing, salt and pepper, washing-up liquid and a bottle of water are available.
* Numerous FREE PARKING spaces in the street in front of the house.
* There are FREEZERS in the freezer and WINE GLASSES to accompany your aperitifs.
