Southern Views

Welcome to "Southern Views". When you are dreaming of the perfect Florida "Lifestyle" this house checks all the boxes. It has a large lanai area with a refreshing heated pool that overlooks the bay. A hot tub was added to the lanai adding to this out door oasis. Also featuring comfortable seating, fire pit, bean bag chair, and a Massive Grilling Station. As you stroll down towards the water you will see there is an impressive 175' of water frontage and enormous dock area. You can park a boat at the dock (Lift Unavailable), fish, or just enjoy sun. Towards the end of the dock is a platform area filled with lounge chairs and is an excellent place to watch sunsets, go tanning, and at night you can see stars twinkling along with city lights across the bay. Just Breathtaking!
The inside of the house is just as impressive and has been completely redone. The home has a fully stocked kitchen, breakfast bar, large pantry area, and the dining area overlooks the water. Living room and den area have furnished with comfort in mind and the den has a stylish queen size murphy bed for extra guests. The Master bedroom has a king size mattress and stunning bay views. The other bedrooms also feature King size mattresses. You also have 3 bathrooms, and they all have walk-in showers that have all been remodeled. It has a large driveway and a 2-car garage. It is only a few blocks from the beach and close to several shops and restaurants. This house is the ultimate "Florida Dream House" and once you stay here it will be hard to stay anywhere else.

We had a fantastic stay! The house is spotless and very comfortable. The pool and doc area cannot be beat - fabulous southern exposure and we spent so much time out there! The location is also both convenient and quiet. It was a perfect stay.

This home has so much to offer, pool, fishing, sunbathing and a short walk .9 miles walk to the public beach. You can have anything delivered right to you so you never have to leave or drive a car if you wish! The massive deck will make your jaw drop! The owners provide plenty of towels and you play games at night with your family!

Fantastic home and location

‘Southern Views’ home was everything we needed or wanted in a Marco Island rental. The location was perfect to get in/out/off island and convenient to any restaurant on the island. Would definitely consider renting again. Bedrooms were VERY spacious and beds were so comfortable. Thx!

Beautiful spacious home with all the amenities imaginable! Immaculately clean. Spending time in the lanai, pool and hot tub was awesome, all while taking in the beautiful, southern views of the canal and gulf skyline — we even were able to watch dolphins swimming in the canal out our back door! The location was wonderful in terms of access to main roads, restaurants, the beach and grocery stores. We would highly recommend this property!

Spring Break Family Vacation

We loved this property! The home and views were stunning! The pool and hot tub were clean and warm. We saw gorgeous sunsets and dolphins off the dock almost daily. Was well stocked with everything you could need (even had beach chairs, wagon, sand toys, ping pong table). Great central location to beach and restaurants. 25-30 min to Naples if you want more upscale dinning. The only con was having to pick up and drop off keys at the office. Would be much more convenient if had a lockbox on home. Would highly recommend this home for families!

Doesn't Get Any Better!!

After staying at the JW Marco Island exclusively for 10 years, we decided to try a vacation home instead. Southern Views was absolutely perfect in every way and we are now hooked! The house was beautifully updated, clean and comfortable. the Pool was clean and warm and the outside living spaces are endless. Sunsets on the dock were the highlight of every evening. I pulled the beach wagon with two chairs, umbrella and a small cooler to the beach every morning...15 mins/.9 mi. Sam with GulfShore Rentals was very attentive and information was clear and timely. Want to rebook now but calendar is blocked the reast of 2023 and 2024. Would love to know how my wife and I can reserve our next stay!

Wonderful Home in Marco Island

This is a fantastic home and accommodations were very comfortable. The house is decorated very nicely and everything was cleaned well; the photos are very representative of the actual home furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped with every amenity and we were able to host a small family dinner for Easter/Passover of 8 people. The most luxurious part of this home is the large sun deck with the most amazing sunsets over the "bay area". Thank you for sharing your gorgeous home with our family and we hope to return!

The Best Marco has to offer!

My family has been coming down to Marco for over 20 years. We have stayed in numerous hotels, and homes. This one by far has been the best. Everything was exactly per the listing. This is a magnificent property!

Every attention to detail has been made to this beautifully decorated home with a spectacular water view. Comfortable furnishings, well equipped, luxurious linens, wonderful pool (and patio furniture too), well stocked kitchen items, great lighting and upscale furniture throughout the house. Summer vacation

The property was amazing and certainly exceeded expectations. Layout was much larger than shown in pics. We rented a boat a few days, and the dock was perfect for overnight docking. The beach was a short walk away and nothing we needed was more than a few minute drive away. We would definitely stay at this property again.
