This beautifully updated apartment sits just above the main street of Grand Haven called Washington Ave. It is one block off the channel where Lake Michigan meets Spring Lake and the Grand River. Smell the Restaurants prepare for the day and the shop owners come alive. Have coffee on the corner and enjoy all that Grand Haven has to offer. Walk everywhere, 1 mile to the light house pier. Paradise!

Great place to stay!

Our family of 4 enjoyed this place- 5 min drive to the beach, 5 min walk to the boardwalk and lots of great places to eat within walking distance. The apartment was clean, and very easy to access and use. We hope to come back!

This unit is exactly as you see it in the photos. Very comfortable. Great location right in downtown Grand haven. Owner was available when there was a last minute mix up on the door entry code. We're definitely recommend staying here.

Grand Haven Stay

It was a great place to stay right downtown. The place was a little hard to find at first, but we found it. We brought our own bath towels as it seemed like they really wanted you to wash the towels before you left. Isn't that part of what you are paying a cleaning fee for? We would stay there again.

Grand Haven tour

The location of this suite is perfect for downtown Grand Haven. And with parking just 15 feet from the door, it is very convenient to minimize challenges from the elements if they arise. Very clean and with no perceptible scent from any cleaning products or air fresheners. Definitely on our list to revisit.

Perfect

The only way to describe this rental is perfect! Immaculately clean, plenty spacious and in the best location in town! The owner was so kind and easy to work with. She also surprised us with early check in and late check out! We have traveled to Grand Haven for the past six years and have stayed at various rentals. Sand suite surpasses them all. We have found our forever rental. This is where we will stay from now on. Do not hesitate to book this property.

Sand Suite is absolutely perfect. Do not hesitate to stay here! The property is in the heart of everything Grand Haven has to offer. Kudos to the person who prepares this property for guests! Every inch is completely spotless. The property comes well stocked with fresh towels, ample bedding, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry supplies and more. Communication with the owner is easy and pleasant. We have stayed at this property multiple times and will continue to do so.

Clean and Cozy!

We stayed at the Sand Suite to be downtown Grand Haven during Coast Guard Festival. It felt very cozy and homey the minute we walked in. So much so that we booked it for next year before we checked out. We did not have any issues, but a few times I did reach out, I received a response right away.10 out of 10 recommend!!!

This was such a great place to stay. Open floor plan made it feel nice and roomy. Comfy beds, stocked with everything that we needed, super clean and the location cannot be beat. Really good communication with helpful property manager, as well. Would definitely stay again!

Great Place in a Great Location

The unit is just as advertised. Stocked with everything you need for a short getaway. Easy to get in and out with parking right behind the unit. The location could not be better for downtown Grand Haven. It’s our second time here and we are already planning for next year.
