Downtown Studio #3 close to Los Muertos Beach
Close to walk everywhere: 4 small blocks to the downtown beach "Playa de los Muertos" at Olas Altas with the famous "Blue Chairs" / 2 blocks to restaurant row "Basilio Badillo" / bars and discos like "Paco's Ranch" within 3 minutes walk.
Bus connections to everywhere.
The studio has a comfortable living area with a balcony and chairs in front at a quiet street.
Twin size bed beside the living area.
A separate open sundeck upstairs.
Full open kitchen with dining table, walk-in closet, bathroom with shower.
Cable TV with some chanels in English.
WiFi with 130 MBs.
Our studio is situated in a small house, where I formally lived with family. Only 3 apartments for to rent at the property.
The rent includes: Water, hot water, gas, tv-cable with some English channels and streaming accesses.
WiFi access with 130 Mbs.
Only the use of electricity has to be paid separate.
Guest access:
The studio is located at the third floor of the building. Very private and quiet, only 2 studios use the same street door entrance.
All my former guests enjoyed their stay.

Great little Condo close to everything
I stayed here for the month of November 2022
I really enjoyed my stay , for the price it has all that you need and Claus the host was very good he was there to greet me and show me around
Sandra the laundry lady down the street was very nice and only about 4 doors down
Not much of a view here but for the price it was great and close to everything in the Romantica zone , I would definitley stay again
