La Villa de Saint Lon
Authenticity and character for this beautiful architectural ensemble of 350m² in stone, just 30 km from the Landes beaches and at the gateway to the Basque Country and Spain. Ideal for a wellness and relaxation stay with family or friends, this vacation rental offers you a private heated swimming pool (6mx3m) (open from June to September depending on the weather) and a wellness area with 6-seater spa and sauna as well as a summer kitchen. The enclosed garden and the paved courtyard further extend the interior living space and promise you good times of conviviality in complete safety. Located in the small town of Saint Lon les Mines, you can easily access all of the village's shops and leisure activities on foot or by bike. A beautiful, bright and spacious stone villa to discover for a family vacation between the ocean and the countryside... Vehicle parking can be done in the courtyard. Free public parking is also available on the village square. The complex has 2 buildings offering a total of 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and 5 toilets for a capacity of 15 people. The main house includes, on the ground floor, a large living room with lounge (2 TVs, WIFI), dining room and open fitted kitchen (4 induction hobs, electric oven, American fridge, microwave, extractor hood, dishwasher), a bathroom with toilet, a cellar. On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (1 160x200 bed and 2 90x200 beds), a bathroom with toilet, a separate toilet. To the second: 2 attic bedrooms (2 160x200 beds), a huge dormitory with exposed framework with 5 90x190 beds and a TV games area for children, a bathroom with toilet. Crossing the small courtyard, you access 2 suites (1 160 cm bed and 1 180 cm bed with private shower rooms and toilets) located in the outbuilding and the 50m² Wellness Area with spa and sauna. Sheets, bathroom and household linen are provided. Baby equipment: travel cot, high chair, booster seat, bathtub, cutlery. A beautiful and large villa with swimming pool, spa and sauna at the gates of the Basque Country and only 30 minutes from the Landes beaches for a comfortable stay with family or friends
