City centre Nantes is a 20-minute drive away, and the beaches of Pornic, Pornichet, La Baule, and others are a 50-minute drive away. There are many hiking trails accessible from the house (a GR trail passes right by). Points of interest: walks along the banks of the Gesvres and Erdre rivers, Le Voyage à Nantes, Puy du Fou, Futuroscope, the châteaux of the Pays de la Loire region, vineyards… The living area is spacious and opens up to the outdoors; the kitchen overlooks the backyard and is fully equipped.
