About this property

Quiet in the center: apartments The ideal basis for outdoor activities

The Apparthaus Friedheim is located in the immediate vicinity of the center in a quiet location on Dorfstrasse, away from the main street.
The apartment shown can accommodate 2 to max. 5 people (2 adults and max. 3 children - or 4 adults) and is located on the first floor.
A spacious kitchen with a spacious seating area, a bedroom, a living / bedroom, bath / shower / toilet (separate) and a wonderful, south-facing balcony with a view of the Karkopf and the mountains of the Tschirgant massif and the Lechtal Alps belong to this living unit.
Bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, doctor and in winter the ski bus stop are in the immediate vicinity (1 minute walk).

On request, we can bring you fresh bread every day.
In total, our house has 3 apartments and 1 double room with shower / bath / toilet. All apartments have complete kitchen equipment, satellite TV / radio, WiFi and their own balconies. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.

Schönes, super gelegenes Appartement

Wirklich schönes, extrem verkehrsgünstig und trotzdem ruhig gelegenes Appartement mit super herzlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgebern. Alles Wichtige ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Traumhafte Lage, traumhafter Ausblick

Wir waren positiv überrascht, als wir die Wohnung betraten. Der Ausblick vom Balkon auf die Berge ist wunderschön, das haben wir gar nicht erwartet. Schon dort begann das Urlaubsfeeling. Sowohl die Eigentümerin der Wohnung, als auch die Tochter, sind sehr liebe Gastgeber. Wir haben uns total wohlgefühlt! Trotz zentraler Lage, ist es sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Nach den langen Wanderungen konnten wir uns dort sehr entspannen. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Einzig die Wlanverbindung war nicht gut während unseres Aufenthalts, wir hatten nur am Küchentisch Empfang. Großes Dankeschön nochmal und liebe Grüße aus Bonn!!

Super Urlaub

Die Unterkunft erfüllt voll und ganz unseren Erwartungen. Komplette Küche (bis auf eine Mikrowelle), getrennt Toilette zum Badezimmer, großes Schlafzimmer sowie Wohnzimmer. Erwähnenswert ist ebenfalls der große Balkon (vom Schlafzimmer ebenfalls zu begehen) und die sehr nette Vermieterin. Wer noch im Ötztal war, sollte zwingend dort hin. Wer jedoch WLAN zwingend braucht, hat hier ein Problem, dafür jedoch super LTE Netz. Zum Schluss: Ein sehr gelungener und aktiver Urlaub, Unterkunft kann ich bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen!!!
