The first floor has a great flow including an eat in kitchen and a great room with sliding doors leading to a private backyard and patio, complete with a fenced in pool. The top floor has 3 bedrooms and the basement is complete with a rec room and the 4th bedroom.
A short distance to nearby Clearwater Beach and marina which includes a summer lifeguard and park area.
