Welcome to the heart of the village, in this small renovated house with an inimitable soul, nestling between land and sea. Built in the early 1900s, this fisherman's, then salt-maker's, house approaches the centre of Gruissan from the intimacy of a narrow, winding street. Its view of the Tour Barberousse is as privileged as it is unexpected. A vast kitchen in which to concoct local delicacies, while admiring the sun shining through a glass of wine. A temperate haven with wide walls, bathed in north-south light. A stone's throw from the market square, shops, bars and restaurants, you can stroll through the town's maritime past to the church, the fish market and the artists' studios. A couple of bike rides away, you'll discover the salt marshes, the marina, the chalets on stilts and the La Clape mountain range, which embraces the horizon, from the slopes of the Pyrenees to the reflections of the Camargue.

The house is ideally located in Gruissan, in a very pleasant environment. Nearby, you will find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market...
