The villa is located on the heights of Gruissan in a privileged natural environment, outside the summer tumult and nevertheless 3 minutes from the port.
The villa can accommodate up to 7 people.
Ground floor: dining area with an American kitchen (4 induction hotplates, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, hood, fridge), living area with sofa, flat screen TV, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower 'Italian + 1 WC, 1 bedroom with double bed (140x190) and cupboards.
Air conditioner.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with double bed (140x190) and beautiful SEA VIEW, cupboards, 1 bedroom with bunk beds (90x190), 1 mezzanine bed (90x190) and terrace access (10 m2) + cupboards, bathroom with large walk-in shower Italian, separate WC.

Villa idéalement située dans un environnement très agréable, en bordure de forêt avec place de parking pour notre voiture devant, jolie cour arborée ,10mn à pied du port et des commerces. Nous avons pu loger notre Golden Retriever !! et le promener dans la forêt. Maison bien équipée. Le propriétaire toujours facile à joindre , séjour parfait!

On s'y sent comme a la maison, les différents espaces offres plusieurs possibilités pour une famille d'être aussi bien ensemble que de pouvoir s'isoler. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut comme équipements.

Das Ferienhaus war funktional in einwandfreiem Zustand. Für die m2 Zahl optimal ausgestattet. Die Lage ist fantastsich: Ca 500m fussläufig zum nächsten Strand und zum Hafen wo auch abend viel los ist: Top!Eine tolle Küche (nur leider extrem alte Pfannen und alte Töpfe und altes Besteck), im OG renovierte Böden und Bäder. Das grösste Bemoll war jedoch dass es lediglich 1 einzige Klimaanlage in Küche/Esszimmer gab. Wir waren ein paarTage im August da und so war es in den beiden Schlafzimmern im Obergeschoss nicht möglich nachts zu schlafen bei dieser Hitze. Das untere Zimmer war erträglicher. Jedoch wäre es ein angenehmerer Aufenthalt gewesen, wenn in den 3 Schlafzimmern Eine Klimaanlage gewesen wäre. Wir hatten tagsüber bis zu 39 Grad, es war sehr heiss. Es wäre auch gut gewesen, vorher bescheid zu wissen, dass keine Handtücher zur Verfügung stehen. Dies hatte ich zum Glück vorher erfragt. Jedoch standen auch keine Geschirrtücher, Spülmittel o.ä. in der Küche zur Verfügung. Wir mussten also in den wenigen Tagen, die wir da waren in mehreren Supermärkten nach Geschirrtüchern und vielem mehr suchen was im Ferienhaus nicht zur Verfügung stand. Ich schreibe dies deshalb, damit die zukünftigen Gäste sich darauf einstellen können und vorbereiteter sind. Ansonsten bedanken wir uns für die nette Gastfreundschaft.

sympa sans plus

la localisation est bien sympa au bord de la pinède mais assez loin de la plage. logement fonctionnel bien équipé pour la cuisine mais peu de linge de couchage et pas de serviettes de toilette néanmoins très gros problème d'humidité - quand nous sommes arrivés, les sols du salon et de la chambre étaient inondés. il y a aussi de la moisissure au plafond - tout était humide - le titre de l'annonce "superbe villa" est abusif

La plage des Grazels est à 5 minutes à pied. Le linge de lit est fourni, mais pas le linge de toilette.C'est indiqué dans le descriptif. Quand à l'inondation c'est vraiment démesuré... désolé mais effectivement le sol n'était pas tout a fait sec. Merci de m'avoir signalé de la moisissure...mais vous êtes le seul.

tout allait bien, bon endroit, bons lits, bonne townhouse. Tout comme il n'y avait pas de serviettes, vous devez vous renseigner à l'avance avant de payer, ainsi que sur le nettoyage final, pour lequel vous devez payer séparément si vous ne souhaitez pas laver vous-même le sol et les salles de bains.

Sur l'annonce était annoncé 6 lits ( 3 lits doubles et 3 lits simples) alors qu'en réalité, il manquait un lit double, ce qui nous a causé quelque problème. De plus, sur la gazinière, seulement 2 plaques fonctionnaient sur 4

Sur l'annonce il s'agit d'une location pour 7 personnes maximum. Il y a 2 lits double , et 3 lits simples. En ce qui concerne la plaque induction effectivement 2 feux sur 4 fonctionnent. mais j'avais du le signaler. Il est assez navrant de réduire l'appréciation d'un séjour sur ces 2 points évoqués. ( Dont l'un est clairement erroné).
